It came unlocked, of course, and ready for his SIM card.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(At least our man thinks he bought an iPhone. The Chinese knock-off "HiPhone" sells for about half that, and he says you can barely tell the difference. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The last number our man in Beijing heard for China iPhone sales was 600,000, up from the 400,000 that China Mobile (CHL) reported at the end of 2007. The number of HiPhone sales? Incalculable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As you may recall, our man in Beijing bet us a steak dinner that the iPhone would not arrive officially in China before the end of 2009. Our man is feeling pretty good about now. Why?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Because why on earth would China Mobile (owned mostly by the Chinese government) agree to give Apple a cut of monthly iPhone subscription revenue, when China Mobile can just sell SIM cards and keep all the revenue for itself?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why, indeed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Want to play the-iPhone-in-China trend? Buy China Mobile. And, of course, Apple, which makes a pretty nice living on the unit even when its not pigging out on those monthly subscription fees.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;See the Video in the URl below:&lt;br /&gt;http://www.alleyinsider.com/2008/3/iphone_in_china_still_selling_like_hotcakes_and_so_are_hiphones_&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3672616122459104687-1866506607891023449?l=implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/feeds/1866506607891023449/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=3672616122459104687&amp;postID=1866506607891023449' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/1866506607891023449'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/1866506607891023449'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/2008/07/hiphone-versus-iphone-identical-twin.html' title='HiPhone versus Iphone (Identical Twin?)'/><author><name>Daniel Y.S. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Love him or hate him, he sure hits the nail on the head with this! To anyone with kids of any age, here's some advice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Rule 1 :&lt;/span&gt; Life is not fair - get used to it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Rule 2:&lt;/span&gt; The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;BEFORE&lt;/span&gt; you feel good about yourself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Rule 3 :&lt;/span&gt; You will &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;NOT&lt;/span&gt; make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Rule 4 :&lt;/span&gt; If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Rule 5 :&lt;/span&gt; Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it &lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;opportunity&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rule 6 :&lt;/span&gt; If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Rule 7:&lt;/span&gt; Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Rule 8 :&lt;/span&gt; Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rule 9 :&lt;/span&gt; Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Rule 10:&lt;/span&gt; Television is NOT real life. In real life, people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to their jobs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Rule 11 :&lt;/span&gt; Be nice to nerds/geeks. Chances are you'll end up working for one.:P&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3672616122459104687-2975903559737614837?l=implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/feeds/2975903559737614837/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=3672616122459104687&amp;postID=2975903559737614837' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/2975903559737614837'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/2975903559737614837'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/2008/07/bill-gates-previously-gave-speech-at.html' title='Got this off Bill Gates on 11 tips for the Kids&apos;R Us bunch out there!'/><author><name>Daniel Y.S. She recounted to her family how boastingly the officer, who is married, told her that it was not his first time “doing this” and that many other girls were ‘very co-operative’.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“I do not want any other girls to be the next victims,” she said, adding she wants justice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Her family claimed that police had yet to give the family any updates on the case. “We don’t even know what has happened to the police officer now, we want a proper explanation,” said the girl’s 64-year-old father.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Subang Jaya district police chief Assistant Commissioner Zainal Rashid Abu Bakar said: “We are still waiting for the victim’s medical report before we submit the papers to the deputy public prosecutor.” Selangor police chief Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar had previously assured the public that police would not side with any policeman who had broken the law and that there was a strong case to charge the officer who had been suspended since the date of arrest. In the incident around 6.15am on June 18, the girl and her 20-year-old boyfriend were detained for a traffic offence at a kampung area in Subang Jaya. The two were then taken to the police station and put in seperate cells. The girl alleged that a police officer had instructed her to strip and told her that if she did not comply, her boyfriend, who was handcuffed in the other room, would be “worked on” for going against traffic rules and would be jailed at least 20 years with whipping. Terrified and not knowing about the law, she complied.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In her police report lodged on Saturday, the girl had also alleged that the policeman had even asked for her number and had asked her to meet him again and had threatened her not to tell anyone. I don't know why my life is so dramatic. To illustrate a little on what i meant, this one low-budget dramatic incident was simply titled The Loo Hunt-mania. You see, it's no big deal actually, I thought nothing of it at first, coz' as usual, every time i was there for a meeting, it's naturally easy to find it open but no, not that fateful night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Right after the meeting, I took that same stroll to that same wonderful loo (which i think has one of the best loos I've experienced LOL and that's free and totally classy) and finding it closed at each floor from the 4th floor all the way down which was along the left hand-side of the mall. The last loo on this side i saw which i thought was open was technically open but not accessible as i found someone using the handicap loo (main loo also closed) with the husband guarding it (telling me to find another elsewhere like he was guarding this treasure trove:))&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyhow, with the only thing on my mind where if it was just to pee, i could have said, heck it, but no, it had to be an awe-inspiring stomachache roaring down at 6,000rpm (had that bad-case of Baskin' Robbins-must have got some disagreeable milk in it, my gluttony just got to me:)) and then i thought, maybe i should walk (or run as i though that's it!LOL) to mid-valley and later i said, OK, God, i gotta find one soon or I'll crap big-time and in this luxurious Garden, i took one last breathe and walk towards the right side of the mall to find the so-called RM5 toilet on the ground level to be opened and it was totally swanky but missing the massage seat, ass-washer and toilet "butler"LOL.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyhow, the moral of the story is that although i had envisioned a crappy situation to turn bad but took a leap of faith towards the unknown side of things found an even better "deal" than the original toilet on the left-side of the mall. and thsat sort of applied to the areas of my outlook of life that even though i had thought it was all going down bad, but somehow, He made a way where there seemed to be no way around it..peace-ouT!&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3672616122459104687-6549961809108115714?l=implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/feeds/6549961809108115714/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=3672616122459104687&amp;postID=6549961809108115714' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/6549961809108115714'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/6549961809108115714'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/2008/07/crappy-nite-in-gardens-lol.html' title='Crappy Nite in The Gardens LOL'/><author><name>Daniel Y.S. Declining to comment on the matter further, he said the rally was considered a success as it went on well despite being given warning by the police for not applying a permit for it" but with all successes comes the side-shows as well, and this dude, singer of &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carburetor_Dung"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Carburator Dung&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt; (as crap as can be?), &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Alak&lt;/span&gt; (as mentioned in the web), had took that opportunity to make a break for maximum publicity and what better way to do it (18SG-style) as &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;The Star&lt;/span&gt; here mentions "he dropped his pants and exposed his boxer shorts"(i wonder what brand was he wearing?LOL).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="story_image center" style="width: 364px;"&gt; &lt;img src="http://thestar.com.my/archives/2008/7/7/nation/video.jpg" alt="" width="350" height="236" /&gt; &lt;span class="caption"&gt;Improper behaviour: The singer bending down and showing his boxer shorts to the crowd at the stadium.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Continuing from The Star quotes "His antics resulted in the audience hurling abuses and throwing bottles at him(think of all the Daddies, Mommies and kids who are there for the first time in town, and probably came by the busloads). Security volunteers(i can feel their pain too) had to escort the singer (dumb or smart capitalist?) and his band members (are they gonna stay with him or leave?) off the stage while event organizers (pity them too) tried to calm the crowd ("victims of circumstances?"LOL). It is learnt that prior to his strip performance, the singer was singing a song that included lyrics poking fun at the sodomy allegations against PKR de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. A member of the audience who did not want to be named (could it be a 'mole' w/out the mustache?:P) described the act as inappropriate as there were children (DuhHH!) present at the event. Another man, who also wanted to be anonymous (it's the same dude but sporting a mustache now..LOL), said it was very unprofessional of the singer, adding that he was very upset because many VIPs, including Anwar (talk about getting into more controversies?) would be present. As the situation came under control, event coordinator Hishamuddin Rais (surely a good learning curve..yea!) came out to apologise for the incident."&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3672616122459104687-8926011401505979713?l=implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/feeds/8926011401505979713/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=3672616122459104687&amp;postID=8926011401505979713' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/8926011401505979713'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/8926011401505979713'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/2008/07/malaysian-pants-off-to-anti-fuel-rally.html' title='Malaysian Pants-OFF to the Anti-Fuel Rally!'/><author><name>Daniel Y.S. According to SANS Internet Storm center, this type of &lt;a href="http://isc.sans.org/diary.html?storyid=4565" target="_blank"&gt;SQL injection&lt;/a&gt; uses SQL commands to attack the “sysobject” and “syscolumn” in the database and particularly a website that uses Active Server Pages(ASP).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span id="more-79"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;h3&gt;Latest Update: The malicious script has been removed from TGV.com.my. It is safe to visit again.&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;p&gt;We advise you &lt;strong&gt;NOT to visit “tgv.com.my”&lt;/strong&gt; at the moment as a malicious script will be executed prompting a drive-by-download of Trojan-Downloader.JS.Agent.cs as reported by Kaspersky Anti-virus 7.0. The malware is &lt;strong&gt;not called at the TGV main page but at the movie’s synopsis page and Showtime section&lt;/strong&gt;. For users using the latest &lt;a href="http://www.drsafemode.com/2008/06/18/kaspersky-anti-virus-2009-preview/" target="_blank"&gt;Kaspersky Anti-virus 2009&lt;/a&gt;, you will receive a phishing alert as shown below and at the same time detected as Trojan-Downloader.JS.Agent.ccu&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.drsafemode.com/img/tgvalert.gif" alt="Kaspersky Anti-virus alert on tgv.com.my" width="360" height="175" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.drsafemode.com/img/tgvalert02.gif" alt="Kaspersky Anti-virus alert on tgv.com.my" width="361" height="177" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Refering to the alert above, Kaspersky blocked a javascript call from hxxp://www.coldwop.com/b.js. Further looking at that specific frame source code, we found more links to different websites hosting the same script. &lt;strong&gt;We do not know how great is the destruction made by the malware but as seen from the alert above, it is able to steal passwords, credit card numbers or other confidential data&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;hxxp://www.bnradw.com/b.js&lt;br /&gt;hxxp://www.chinabnr.com/b.js&lt;br /&gt;hxxp://www.chkbnr.com/b.js&lt;br /&gt;hxxp://www.chkadw.com/b.js&lt;br /&gt;hxxp://www.chkadw.com/b.js&lt;br /&gt;hxxp://www.coldwop.com/b.js&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;New Updates(June 26,2008)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hxxp://www.aspssl63.com/b.js&lt;br /&gt;hxxp://www.app52.com/b.js&lt;br /&gt;hxxp://www.base48.com/b.js&lt;br /&gt;hxxp://www.aspssl63.com/b.js&lt;br /&gt;hxxp://www.base48.com/b.js&lt;br /&gt;hxxp://www.appid37.com/b.js&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.drsafemode.com/img/tgvsource01.gif" alt="Source code 1" width="338" height="214" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.drsafemode.com/img/tgvsource02.gif" alt="Source code 2" width="397" height="151" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Guess the movie from the source code above!&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TGV.com.my blocked by Google&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.drsafemode.com/img/tgvgoogle.gif" alt="TGV website blocked by Google" width="500" height="82" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What happen when Google visited TGV.com.my ? &lt;/strong&gt;(quote from Google SafeBrowsing)&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Of the 137 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, &lt;strong&gt;68 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded&lt;/strong&gt; and installed without user consent. This piece reminds me on of those fast-action-packed series that u see on the A-team. Anyhow, have a good read:) &lt;h1 class="title_normal"&gt;Colombian army rescues hostages from rebels in daring raid&lt;/h1&gt; &lt;div class="gchild chrome1 left"&gt; &lt;div class="ggchild c1 first"&gt; &lt;div class="img_normal"&gt;&lt;img alt="A poster offering money for information about three kidnapped US contractors is displayed in Miami, Florida in 2007. And the helicopter almost fell because we started jumping. We screamed, we cried, we hugged. We couldn't believe it," Betancourt said after arriving at a Bogota military airport. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"This is a miracle.... There is no historical precedent for such a perfect operation," she said smiling, speaking in French and Spanish. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;She embraced her mother, Yolanda Pulecio, as she descended from the plane, looking fresh and happy, dressed in an army camouflage vest and hat and surrounded by other ex-hostages and Colombian soldiers. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;American hostages Marc Gonsalves, Thomas Howes and Keith Stansell, captured in 2003 when their plane crashed during a US defense department anti-drug mission, were also freed in the operation, some 70 kilometers (45 miles) from the city of San Jose del Guaviare. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Colombian Defense Minister Juan Manuel Santos said late Wednesday that the three men, employees of US defense contractor Northrop Grumman, had quickly departed Colombia for the San Antonio, Texas in the United States. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Betancourt, a dual national who was captured as she was campaigning for the Colombian presidency, thanked everyone for keeping their plight alive. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"We were able to dream. We were able to keep hope alive because we heard our loved ones" on the radio, she said, according to a translation on CNN. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;World leaders were swift to welcome the news, and celebrations broke out on the streets of Colombian cities as residents hailed the brazen jungle rescue as a bright spot for a country plagued for decades by kidnappings. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;There had been mounting fears for Betancourt's health following the release of a video showing her looking thin and frail, and her teenaged son Lorenzo Delloye said he was overjoyed to hear his 46-year-old mother was free. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"It is an immense joy, an indescribable joy, I still cannot believe it," Delloye told AFP. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;US President George W. Bush congratulated Bogota on the releases telling his Colombian counterpart Alvaro Uribe he was a "strong leader," the White House said. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;French President Nicolas Sarkozy also thanked Uribe, who spoke with Betancourt just after her release, and called on the FARC to end their "absurd" struggle. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner and members of Betancourt's family left France for Colombia on a plane late Wednesday. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Betancourt will likely return to France on the plane, as she "expressed her desire to return... as soon as possible" in a phone call with French first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, the Elysee presidential palace said. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;As congratulations also poured in from across Latin America and Europe, street celebrations broke out in Bogota with thousands of cars, their horns blaring, packing onto the roads causing huge traffic jams. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3672616122459104687-5916633545658399893?l=implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/feeds/5916633545658399893/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=3672616122459104687&amp;postID=5916633545658399893' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/5916633545658399893'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/5916633545658399893'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/2008/07/i-read-this-off-wire-and-heres-some.html' title=''/><author><name>Daniel Y.S. This works 100 percent of the time, and is more effective in children than even very strong prescription cough medicines. In addition it is extremely soothing and comforting and they will sleep soundly. I heard the head of the Canada Research Council describe these findings on the part of their scientists when they were investigating the effectiveness and usage of prescription cough medicines in children, as compared to alternative therapies like acupressure. I just happened to tune in to a.m. Radio and picked up this guy talking about why cough medicines in kids often do more harm than good due to the chemical makeup of these strong drugs, so I listened. It was a surprising finding and found to be more effective than prescribed medicines for children at bedtime, and in addition to have a soothing and calming effect on sick children who then went on to sleep soundly. My wife tried it on herself when she had a very deep constant and persistent cough a few weeks ago, and it worked 100 percent! She said it felt like a warm blanket had enveloped her. The coughing stopped in a few minutes, and believe me this was a deep (incredibly annoying!) every few seconds, uncontrollable cough and she slept cough-free for hours every night she used it.&lt;/div&gt; &lt;script type="text/javascript"&gt; var curDiv = document.getElementById('ln6'); curDiv.innerHTML = convert2url(curDiv.innerHTML); var links = curDiv.getElementsByTagName('a'); for(var i = links.length; i &gt;= 0; --i) { if(links[i]) links[i].innerHTML = links[i].innerHTML.substr(0,30) + "..."; } &lt;/script&gt;&lt;div id="ln7"&gt;If you have children or grandchildren, pass it on. Tips that i thought just warms-up to the budding entrepreneurs like myself. So, here i got to share about my point.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;A recession is looming -- or may already be here, depending on who you ask. Either way, the &lt;a title="United States" class="inform-link" href="http://www.thestandard.com/tag/results/United+States"&gt;U.S.&lt;/a&gt; economy is undeniably experiencing a significant downturn. And with the financial crunch that accompanies hard economic times comes doubt about decisions regarding money – including doubts about whether or not to start a company.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;A recession is generally a difficult time for companies that are trying to raise venture capital because VCs &lt;a href="http://www.thestandard.com/news/2008/03/17/impact-bear-stearns-collapse-entrepreneurs"&gt;are less likely to fund companies when the economy is suffering&lt;/a&gt;. For this reason, a recession is not an ideal time to start a company that requires a lot of start-up capital to get off the ground.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;But small Internet and technology-based companies are another story. A recession is actually a great time to nurture and incubate a small company. Here are five reasons why:&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;1) A recession forces founders to be frugal.&lt;/b&gt; Starting a company without a lot of money is an excellent discipline for entrepreneurs and for every early-stage company. While it may feel painful to track every dime, the lessons that frugality teaches are invaluable. Having limited capital leads to creative thinking, healthy deliberation about expenditures, and the need for founders to pay very close attention to cash flow, budgets and balance sheets.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;2) Recessions force entrepreneurs to take another close look at their ideas.&lt;/b&gt; Incubating a business that is based on a flawed idea won't work. A great start-up team or a lot of money can lend the appearance of success, but in the long run, a business built on a bad idea will end up standing on shaky legs. During a severe economic downturn, entrepreneurs will be sure to look long and hard at their business ideas before jumping in. A recession will force questions like:&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Will there be a market for this product if customers are cutting back?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Do I have the capital to get this off the ground without raising VC money?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Will the product or service benefit users in both good and bad economic times?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;These types of questions will force business owners to refine their thinking -- and will leave them with more solid ideas and plans.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;3) Recessions lead to committed startup teams. &lt;/b&gt;A common perception about recessions is that jobs are put in jeopardy. This &lt;a href="http://blog.penelopetrunk.com/2008/03/13/a-recession-probably-wont-affect-your-job-market/"&gt;may not be true&lt;/a&gt;, but if people feel nervous about their job security, they probably will not want to leave a comfortable situation -- especially for a start-up. But the flip side of this is that anyone who does come to work for a startup will be incredibly committed. A founder will have employees who really believe in his or her vision and products, and/or who love the start-up environment so much that they're willing to live with the added risk and Spartan conditions. Those are the types of people &lt;a href="http://www.calacanis.com/2008/03/07/can-you-have-a-life-and-work-at-a-startup-company/"&gt;entrepreneurs need for their teams&lt;/a&gt;. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;4) Startups get a head start.&lt;/b&gt; Let's say you have a great idea and you know that you're going to start a company, but you're wondering about the timing. What should you do? The answer is: Start now. This will give you a lead over the competition, and will be well worth any extra struggle. When the economy comes out of recession, your business will be that much further along, and that much closer to being ready to raise capital (which will once again be available, with VC firms eager to invest after sitting on their cash during the down years). You can get a great head start on that day by starting your business now.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;5) Recessions toughen up companies.&lt;/b&gt; A recession is a great time to start a company, but it isn't the easiest time to incubate a business. That doesn't mean entrepreneurs should back away from the challenge, however. Adversity brings out qualities that every entrepreneur needs to succeed – guts, problem-solving, strength and perseverance. Starting a company in the lean times helps develop those qualities more quickly, which will help the startups in the long-run.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;a title="Melissa Chang" class="inform-link" href="http://www.thestandard.com/tag/results/Melissa+Chang"&gt;Melissa Chang&lt;/a&gt; is the founder of Pure Incubation, an Internet incubator based in the &lt;a title="Boston" class="inform-link" href="http://www.thestandard.com/tag/results/Boston"&gt;Boston&lt;/a&gt; area. I'd like to say if it comes true (imagine petrol has an actual carbon copy developed=end to oil shortage or as simple as it might look to be), big oil companies are gonna want to buy in those rights just like Microsoft bidding on Yahoo!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A San Diego start-up says it is using algae to make oil that can be refined into gasoline and other fuels that are both renewable and carbon-neutral, and it plans to produce 10,000 barrels a day within five years. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;That's a fraction of &lt;a href="http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/dnav/pet/pet_cons_psup_dc_nus_mbblpd_a.htm"&gt;the 20 million or so barrels&lt;/a&gt; of petroleum the United States consumes each day, but Sapphire Energy says &lt;a href="http://www.sapphireenergy.com/mediacenter/press_release/1"&gt;"green crude"&lt;/a&gt; production could ramp up to a level sufficient to ease our dependence on foreign oil, if not end it altogether.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Company CEO Jason Pyle says the algal oil is chemically identical to light sweet crude and compatible with America's $1.5 trillion petroleum infrastructure, making it a direct replacement for oil. Although the algal fuels refined from it emit as much carbon dioxide as conventional fuels, the company says the emissions are offset by the photosynthetic process that uses sunlight, water and C02 to create algal crude.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"At the very worst, it's carbon neutral," Pyle says, calling the fuels a "benchmark for an entire new industry" and "a paradigm change."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Energy experts and air quality regulators say they'll withhold judgment on those claims until they've seen a production-to-combustion analysis of the fuel's emissions. But they say Sapphire could be on to something.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div class="entry-more"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Making &lt;a href="http://www.wired.com/science/discoveries/news/2002/08/54456"&gt;fuel from algae&lt;/a&gt; is nothing new, and a lot of organizations, from the &lt;a href="http://earth2tech.com/2008/03/27/15-algae-startups-bringing-pond-scum-to-fuel-tanks/"&gt;smallest start-up&lt;/a&gt; to the &lt;a href="http://blog.wired.com/cars/2007/10/chevron-feds-ho.html"&gt;biggest oil companies&lt;/a&gt;, are trying to find the best way to do it. But most of the effort has been on replacing diesel fuel or kerosene. Sapphire wants to replace petroleum.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"We designed it to be a completely &lt;a href="http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/fungible"&gt;fungible&lt;/a&gt; product with crude oil," Pyle says. He says the company has refined its algal crude into 91-octane gasoline, diesel fuel and kerosene chemically identical to conventional fuels. He wouldn't disclose how the process works or what it costs but said it is competitive with &lt;a href="http://www.wired.com/cars/energy/magazine/15-09/mf_jackrig"&gt;deep-water oil drilling&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/12.07/oil.html"&gt;extracting petroleum from tar sands&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Sapphire also avoids the food-for-fuel debate that has plagued crop-based biofuels because it uses algae and works on non-arable land with non-potable water. Pyle wouldn't say where Sapphire plans to build the demonstration plant it will have running later this year, but it's reportedly working in Oklahoma and may locate its facilities in the South and Southwest. It hopes to have a full-scale plant up and running within five years, producing 10,000 barrels of green crude a day. The company has lined up more than $50 million in funding from investors like ARCH Venture Partners.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Ramping up to that level of production without killing the algae can be tricky, one expert said, and the environmental impact of green crude remain to be seen. Even if it is carbon neutral, the algal fuels will emit pollutants that contribute to smog and ozone, says Don Anair of the Union of Concerned Scientists. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"You're still going to get combustion emissions. You aren't eliminating those with algal fuels," he says, echoing a point the California Air Resources Board made. Still, Anair is cautiously optimistic.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"The fact that there is a lot of interest in finding a better way to fuel our transportation system is encouraging," he says. When that is done, their claims can be filed in the Magistrate’s Court.”&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Lee said the state was trying to contact the factory’s managing director to seek an amicable solution for the workers and the factory management. Most of the retrenched workers, including 73 foreigners, were from the assembly line.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“We can help the company if it is interested in selling its Prai property. Investors on our reserve list may be interested to take over the premises,” he said.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Lee said he did not think Nikko Electronics was planning to relocate its company, as it closed down the factory without giving its employees a month’s notice as required by the Employment Act.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;However, it was learned that the company had informed Bursa on Sunday of the situation.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;“We are not assigning blame to any party. Our main task now is to ensure the workers get their entitlements and to help them get employment,” Lee said.&lt;/p&gt;http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3672616122459104687-5249205084344573183?l=implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/feeds/5249205084344573183/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=3672616122459104687&amp;postID=5249205084344573183' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/5249205084344573183'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/5249205084344573183'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/2008/07/950-ppl-out-out-of-jobs-in-bursa-listed.html' title='950 ppl out out of jobs in a bursa-listed company in Penang'/><author><name>Daniel Y.S. Yes, this will soon be my first sharing with the good people of Barcamp M'sia and come to think of it, it's alot of "First" really. I'm not sure how to truly go about it but will hold my nerves of steel+aluminum(light-weight thinking) together and try and get myself ready to speak in front the expected 150 people.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yikes!...i may just brain-freeze and worse still, get booed off-stage..okay, i'm getting ahead of myself already. It's gotta be simple and good and I'm gonna just say what i know. That's it..or is that just all there is to the world of recruitment? Again, I'm just gonna prepare the best i can and let it rip on that day! gently of course:P&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyhow, i still got 5 weeks to go and get things in order.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ah, stomach grumbling, not eaten anything since this morning..now only i feel hungry, geez..am gonna knock-off right after. Tomorrow's an uncertain day though i got cell group and volunteer meeting about the same time. Gotta really put my timing properly. Looking forward to hear some good news from candidates and also clients here and over in S'pore. One thing is certain though, it's gonna get better before it gets any worse..haha!..okay.. i hope to be back soon to share more.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Later...&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3672616122459104687-4740559409027178057?l=implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/feeds/4740559409027178057/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=3672616122459104687&amp;postID=4740559409027178057' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/4740559409027178057'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/4740559409027178057'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/2008/06/its-slow-but-nerve-wrecking-week.html' title='It&apos;s a slow but nerve-wrecking week...'/><author><name>Daniel Y.S. They told me it is too high, too far, too steep, too rocky, and too difficulty. But it’s my mountain. I will climb it. You will soon see me waving from the top or dead on the side from trying.”&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: yellow none repeat scroll 0% 50%; font-family: Arial; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;) Don’t wish it were easier; wish you were better. Don’t wish for fewer problems; wish for more skills. Don’t wish for less challenges; wish for more wisdom.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="background: yellow none repeat scroll 0% 50%; font-family: Arial; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;) A compass for every client and candidate: You must constantly ask yourself these questions: Who am I around? What are they doing to me? What have they got me reading? What have they got me saying? Where do they have me going? What do they have me thinking? And most important, what do they have me becoming? Then ask yourself the big question: Is that okay?&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="background: yellow none repeat scroll 0% 50%; font-family: Arial; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;) In preparing for job interviews, you cannot speak that which you do not know. You cannot share that which you do not feel. You cannot translate that which you do not have. And you cannot give that which you do not possess. To give it and to share it, and for it to be effective you first need to have it. Good communication starts with good preparation.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="background: yellow none repeat scroll 0% 50%; font-family: Arial; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;) &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Don’t bring your need to the marketplace, bring your skill. If you don’t feel well, tell your doctor but not the marketplace. If you need money, go to your bank but not the marketplace.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="background: yellow none repeat scroll 0% 50%; font-family: Arial; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;) You don’t get paid for the hour. You get paid for the value you bring to an hour.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="background: yellow none repeat scroll 0% 50%; font-family: Arial; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;"&gt;9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;) The guy says, “When you work where I work, by the time you get home it’s late. You’ve&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;got to have a bite to eat, watch a little TV, relax, and get to bed. You can’t sit up half the&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;night planning, planning, planning.” And he’s the same guy who’s behind on his car payment.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;10) At the end of each day you should play back the tapes of your job performance. The results should either applaud you or prod you.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;11) Formal education will make you a living. Self-education will make you a fortune.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;12) Motivation alone is not enough. If you have an idiot and you motivate him, now you have a motivated idiot.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;13) Make rest a necessity, not an objective. Only rest long enough to gather strength.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;14) The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude. Be kind, but not weak. Be bold, but not a bully. Be thoughtful, but not lazy. Be humble, but not timid. Be proud, but not arrogant. Have humor, but without folly.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="background: yellow none repeat scroll 0% 50%; font-family: Arial; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;"&gt;15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;) Good people are found, not changed. Recently I read a headline that said, “We don’t teach our people to be nice. We simply hire nice people.” Wow! What a clever short cut.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="background: yellow none repeat scroll 0% 50%; font-family: Arial; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;"&gt;16&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;) Learn to help people with more than just their jobs; help them with their lives.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="background: yellow none repeat scroll 0% 50%; font-family: Arial; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;"&gt;17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;) In leadership training for the candidate, we teach: Don’t send your ducks to eagle school because it won’t help. Duck finishes eagle school, see his first rabbit, and makes him a friend.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;div style="border-style: none none solid; border-color: -moz-use-text-color -moz-use-text-color windowtext; border-width: medium medium 1pt; padding: 0in 0in 1pt;"&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="border: medium none ; padding: 0in;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style="background: yellow none repeat scroll 0% 50%; font-family: Arial; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;"&gt;18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;) The most important question to ask on the job is not “What am I getting?” The most important question to ask is “What am I becoming?”&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3672616122459104687-223220981321638475?l=implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/feeds/223220981321638475/comments/default' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=3672616122459104687&amp;postID=223220981321638475' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/223220981321638475'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3672616122459104687/posts/default/223220981321638475'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://implemaxsolutions.blogspot.com/2008/06/some-great-points-tweaked-to-my.html' title='Some Great Points Tweaked to my Recruitment World:)'/><author><name>Daniel Y.S.
